James Imaging has been an award-winning provider of office equipment, software technologies, and services in southeast Wisconsin for over 40 years. We have been supporting our clients with tier one products and outstanding service to ensure they have the tools to communicate and share their important documents quickly and efficiently.
As a sales development representative at James Imaging Systems, you will play a critical role in generating and qualifying leads to support our outside sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities. Key responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential leads through research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for outside sales team and with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses in CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meeting bookings.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone demeanor
- Must be comfortable with cold calling and engaging prospects in a consultative manner
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Soaring, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) Is a plus but is not required.
- Passion for learning and a desire to grow within the organization

Qualifications:
- AS Degree is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
