Job Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate entry of new contracts with a high level of attention to detail
• Process contract data changes
• Manage the billing & renewals of contracts
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all contract billings
• Support and assist clients and internal departments regarding contracts via phone and email
• Address/resolve billing disputes
• Meet monthly deadlines
• Other duties as requested by management

• Attention to Detail. Spotting errors and inconsistencies is crucial in contract administration
• Proficiency in executing contracts

Qualifications:

• Previous industry experience preferred but not necessary
• E-Automate experience preferred but not necessary
• Strong data entry skills
